    Introducing creativity has been a key element of the Rotorua District Council’s drive to boost the inner city.

     

    Leading this process has been Councillor Karen Hunt, whose title is inner city revitalisation portfolio lead.

     

    Someone told The Mud’s Mike Smith that Karen was one of the most knowledgeable people about art in Rotorua, so he spent some time with her looking at the new art works brightening up city streets.

     

    In this first video we visited the mural on the wall of an alleyway running between Hinemoa and Eruera Streets.
